Check-in and check-out: Flexibility based on availability (subject to additional fees).

Changes to confirmed reservation dates within the cancellation policy period will only be accepted with a security deposit of 50% of the total accommodation cost, which will be fully refunded after the guest's check-in. In case of a "no-show," the security deposit will NOT be refunded.

If there is any damage or cleanliness issue, the guest must report it to the host within a maximum of 2 hours after check-in. Later complaints will not be accepted.

Extra bed and bath linens are subject to an additional cleaning and sanitization fee.

If the guest smokes inside the studio, brings any pets, or leaves the rented space very dirty after check-out, an additional cleaning and sanitization fee will be charged.

Damage caused by improper use of equipment, furniture, linens, or facilities will be the responsibility of the guests.

The amounts for the aforementioned fees will cover the cost of professionals qualified to perform the services and additionally the corresponding amount for the time the studio cannot be rented.
